As you can see from "Forms", collecting information from your customers is one of the most useful aspects of having your own Internet web site. The data collected can be passed onto you either by e-mail (effectively free as it is covered by the cost of hosting your web site), or as a list (frequency and costs to be agreed).

Q. Do I need special software to handle the list

A. We recommend MS Word 2000, which has a very powerful mail merge facility. Also very cheap, compared to newer versions like Word 2007.

Q. What if I don't have the staff or expertise

A. We can arrange to operate the mail merge for you, or train your staff.
